Karey was THE driving force behind my wife and I buying a property this fall in the Finger Lakes that checked not one, not two, not three, but ALL the boxes. My initial contact with Karey was via e-mail (I'd done some online research and had a gut feeling she was the realtor to go with), asking if she'd represent us in our home search. A few minutes later, Karey wrote back: "Of course." Two or three days later she was showing us properties. Her local market knowledge, her willingness to drive from lake to lake on short notice to show us homes when new listings popped up, her refreshing honesty about pricing, and ability to negotiate professionally to get a deal done, made the home-buying process a breeze.
