We cannot recommend Kathleen highly enough, she truly is exceptional. She helped my wife and I through our first sale process, answering all our questions and responding to all our messages quickly and professionally. We could tell from the first time we met her, that she truly cares about her clients, and we felt that way from beginning to end. She handled the open house, viewings, inspections etc for us, and always took great care of the property, so we could truly leave things in her hands. Joe was so helpful with helping me navigate the South Florida market and providing me with information that gave me a lot of information that has helped prepare me from relocating from PA to FL. Although I am not completely ready to buy at this moment, I feel more ready to purchase in the near future and will definitely use Joe when the time comes.
