This was our first home purchase. We had worked with a prior realtor that left us feeling unimportant. It was very refreshing once we started working with Mark Cintrón and his team. We never felt rushed and there was always genuine concern on their part about us making the right decision and avoiding pitfalls in the home-buying process. Mark was a big help especially during the negotiation process and we got an improbably great deal. In the end, we were very happy with our Homestead, Florida property.
