Herica did an absolutely amazing job as our realtor and we would recommend her to anybody in the area. We had a surprisingly smooth buying/closing process (especially considering the sellers demanding timeline) and it was really all because of her negotiation skills, communication, and connections. She got us the deal we wanted, communicated at the perfect intervals, and made great suggestions as far as lenders, inspectors, and closing companies.
