My husband and I were in a pinch to find his Mom a home as she was moving from out of state. Tim and Sandy were so attentive to our time frame and found my in-law the perfect house for her. They were so helpful with doing everything remotely and went over and beyond when my husband was injured in the middle of the closing dates. These two are awesome, knowledgeable, always available. HIGHLY recommend this real estate team!!!

Tim and Sandy Jones have been a huge help to us in this home buying process. Walking into home buying, knowing very little our mind were put at ease having such an incredible support of the Jones. Tim and Sandy were simply amazing. They were so attentive and responsive, it was like the transaction was on auto pilot. Tim is incredible to work with. He is very hard working. He understood exactly what my housing needs were and made it happen. I would highly recommend both of them.

Great to work with, helped us find our dream home. Worked well with the sellers agent and protected our interests. Helped negotiate items to be included in the home sale. Tim and Sandy provided important details concerning transfer of utilities, testing for radon, mineral rights, etc. Tim connected us with a home insurance company in Evergreen which saved us thousands among other suggestions. Tim was prompt when meeting with house details. Only looked at two other houses and knew this was the one the minute we walked in the door. What else can I say? We highly recommend Tim and Sandy for all your home and land needs. Great folks.
