We absolutely loved Sandi! We moved from Waldorf as a part of a Federal Relo. She knows her stuff and worked diligently to help us sell our house. We are so glad we went with Sandi. She went out of her way to do everything she could to get our house sold. I have recommended Sandi to anyone and everyone I know if you need to get the job done and done right. She was on our side the whole way and we knew we were in great hands. We sold our house in Waldorf in 2018 during the winter without a worry. If you want the best, who knows their stuff - go with Sandi.

We have known Sandi for almost 9 years now. We have bought/sold three properties with her as our agent. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She knows the in’s and out’s of the real estate business. We trust her 100% which provides us with the much needed peace of mind while going through the process of buying/selling real estate.

I would not recommend Sandi to anyone. She starts off friendly but we felt that she was not telling us the truth all the time nor gave our home the time and attention it deserved. We were selling our home and it stayed on the market for over a year. Sandi promised us funds in a contract but when the contract fell through, she did not provided the funds. We went with another realtor and sold our home in 1 week for a higher price.

Sandi Denny is agent unparalleled in the real estate business. There is no challenge she cannot overcome. There ain't no mountain high enough, no valley low enough or river deep enough to keep Sandi from making her sale. Seas may boil. Fire may fall from the heavens. Darkness may envelop the earth... But never fear! Sandi is on the job! She will sell your home guaranteed. She's like Gandalf, Dumbledore and Captain Kirk all rolled into one. Or at least she would be if any of them sold real estate. The point is that Sandi is as reliable an agent as you'll ever find.
