From day 1, the Barnes (Ulysses & Samantha), jumped straight into action with helping, explaining, walking us through, and being patient with the process of becoming homeowners for the very first time. The knowledge, experience, and being very informative about everything, is what you truly want/need in an agent. If I could just clone the pair and make everything agent just like these two, I would. Immensely valuable knowledge swiftness and commitment, feels like a old friend from middle school helping you buy or sell a home and yes she has helped me do both along with her partner and husband. A formidable team. Individual excellence in helpfulness with complex nature of real estate paperwork and vernacular. A smile for miles. Reliable determination, responsive and communicative, kind understanding and accommodation of what your reason for buying or selling is, PERSONALIZED service, which is key, a superpower really. You will be hard pressed to find better, and trust me I went through many till I found this sweet spot of comfortable, AHHH I can breathe out and have the weight lifted from my shoulders service. Samantha was awesome! She always responded to my inquiries and requests so quickly. She provided me with helpful information on each house we toured along with information on schools and the neighborhoods. I will definitely refer her to anyone I know looking for a home.
