I cannot recommend Sam and his team highly enough. I truly believe had we not worked w/ The Sam Joseph Team we would have never been able to make our dream of owning a home in Montclair a reality. He was kind, patient, and understanding as he worked w/ us over the years - yes, years - through multiple offers and heartbreaks until finally landing us in our dream home. He is hyper local, connected, liked, and respected within the community which goes along way. Our house was listed Thursday, showed at the weekend, and went to best and final the following Tues. There were over 100 groups that came to the open house and 17 offers. Sam helped to guide our winning bid and a few weeks later the house appraised for more than we had offered (which was WELL above ask). Talk about a bullseye! And needless to say we would have never had the confidence to make a bid otherwise but for Sam's thoughtful encouragement and market expertise. Also, I would be remiss not to also thank Sam's partner Jamie MacDonald who was a gracious with his time, responsive to our needs, and understanding of our concerns as we could have ever hoped. If you're looking to make your Montclair dream come true then look no further than the Sam Joseph Team!

Working with Sam Joseph and his team was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sam's professionalism, coupled with his detailed planning, set the tone from our very first meeting. He and his team were incredibly organized, laying out a clear roadmap for each stage of the process and sticking to it seamlessly. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, their responsiveness was impressive—they were always just a message away, providing quick, insightful answers. This team’s commitment to making everything smooth and straightforward took all the stress out of the process. Without a doubt... I highly recommend!

This market is tough to say the least but Tiffany was a godsend, and after working with other realtors and getting outbid on many tries, I went with Tiffany and was able to get the perfect place for my family and I. She’s responsive, knowledgeable, and honest.

Sam Joseph and his team were amazing from the initial interview throughout the entire process. Very responsive any time we reached out to them. Sam and his team came in well prepared letting us know the plan and exactly when things would happen and they were right on. If I need a realtor in the future there's no question I'll be calling Sam Joseph!

Dominick Dellaratta is hands down one of the best real estate agents in New Jersey. Dominick is excellent at what he does. He accessed our home and went meticulously step by step informing us of what needs to be done in order for the home to show well and be offered the very best price. My father was a little behind the times with his use of technology. Dominick was hands on with guiding him through the process. The home was sold in less than two months. Dominick ensured all the documentation was detailed leaving little to no question and the closing went very smoothly. We were in excellent hands. If I had to rate him from 1 to 10, he gets an 11. If anyone I know inquires about a real estate agent Dominick Dellaratta is the only choice.
