Karl is an awesome real estate agent. He listens carefully and quickly understood what we were looking for (perhaps better than we did). His deep knowledge of the local market (particularly the Civita neighborhood) helped us find an off-market listing that ticked all our boxes. We were living in the Bay Area, and Karl did a great job helping us navigate much of the process remotely. He’s a great communicator with an easy sense of humor, which we definitely appreciated during the trickier moments of the process! We’re very grateful to have found Karl, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a top-notch and down-to-earth real estate agent who gets great results.

Karl handled the sale of our home so elegantly from start to finish. He found us buyers that were interested off-market, was present for vendor appointments when we were out of town, and was ultra communicative throughout the process. We were able to work out a rent-back with the new buyers which worked well for everyone timing-wise and made the transaction very comfortable. Would highly recommend Karl and his team- there is no absence of effort on their end!

In full transparency, I'm not a fan of realtors. You know what I'm talking about... the salesy, schmaltzy, inauthentic, "my face is on a bus bench so I'm a clearly an expert" attitude drives me bonkers. Which is why I love Karl Bublitz. Karl is NONE of those things. Authentic, straightforward, and diligent are three words that immediately come to mind when I think about Karl and our home-buying experience. We had a pretty tight budget, particularly for the San Diego housing market, and Karl worked with us to find what we think is one of the best houses we could find for our budget. He was very helpful and quick with pulling comps and helping us make strategic offers, and he made himself available to discuss things we didn't understand and give us options to help us during our search, even when he was on vacation! On top of all that, Karl is just a nice, genuine guy -- funny, easy-going and not the least bit schmaltzy. Working with him made the often stressful, sometimes deflating experience of buying a house much better. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Karl made our buying experience so easy. He helped us find and purchase the perfect house. Although we had so many questions and found just the idea of buying a home to be pretty daunting, Karl walked us through every step. He sent us recommendations and really considered our needs. Thanks to him we had a stress-free time and couldn’t be happier with the home we got!
