Ryan was very responsive and helpful in the process of getting the home ready for sale (- presale checklist of considerations, having a well oiled team to execute on items to address, inspections, staging). He was very helpful after the home went on the market - advice on pre-emptive offer, walking through the pros and cons of the various offers. The entire process went very smoothly and quickly.

Sold a home in Santa Clara with Ryan- incredible service and very happy with the results. Ryan did an amazing job selling my San Jose, CA home. Very polite and respectful to me, great advice, great process, very diligent communicator, amazing team members, excellent contractor connections, and truly did a ton a work. His marketing was so good, my home got onto the "Hot Homes" list!! He also negotiated extremely well with the multiple buyers we had. My return on investment was significantly more than I expected. It was such a pleasure working with him and his team.

Ryan did an amazing job when we decided to sell our house. Ryan was able to get an above asking price offer within days of going on the market. Ryan really knows the Santa Clara / San Jose area, and that knowledge turned into great success for us. Ryan advised us on what we needed to do to the property, and he was 100% correct with his recommendations. Highly recommend Ryan if you're buying or selling in the Santa Clara area.

Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their ideas for the remodel were excellent and they have their fingers on the pulse of the neighborhood, understanding the demographics who would most likely be buying our house. During the remodel, they provided quick access to excellent resources (builders, landscaping, design, etc) The upgrades done on the house netted us a significantly higher sale price than what we could have expected with an “as is” sale. As far as the sale itself, It was complicated as we were splitting the proceeds into two separate trusts, one of which was a Charitable Remainder Trust to help offset the tax burden. Ryan connected us with great financial and legal people who specialize in this type of work and helped us navigate the entire process successfully. All in all, we were very happy we chose Ryan as our realtor and were thrilled with the results. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to get the most out of the sale of their house.
