Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful agent. I reached out about a townhouse this agent had listed and asked simple, reasonable questions about seeing the property. Instead of answering anything or being helpful, the agent ignored my questions and pushed their own agenda. When I explained that I’m currently on the market and wanted to see the townhouse before signing anything, the agent responded in a rude, dismissive, and unnecessary way, basically saying I wasn’t worth their time unless I was ready to sign a contract immediately. This was the exact message sent to me: “Nobody in their right mind is going to let you have a self-guided tour without knowing who you are. I’m not showing it to someone who doesn’t want to get signed up right away.” Completely unacceptable communication. No answers, no professionalism, and no respect. I would strongly recommend others to avoid working with this agent.

From the moment I met Roxana I could tell right off the bat she knew her stuff. I have purchased and sold homes for over 50 years and Roxana is the best I have worked with. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and never pushy! She knows the market extremely well and alerted me of pitfalls more than one time. We were interested in one condo in particular and the day the price was reduced she alerted us and we could not be happier with our purchase. She also has great vendor relationships to help with anything we need. Roxana proved she is an all around, full purpose Realtor. She gets my highest accolades for super competence, efficiency, ability and charm.

OUTSTANDING Realtor!! Roxanna delivered as promised. From our initial meeting she explained the process, marketing and real estate market in Naples. Within 20 days of listing, we received two offers. Roxanna is professional, delightful, and is always available to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Roxanna for any real estate transaction! THE BEST!!!

We recently sold our home in Florida. We had a different realtor for 6 months and had no offers. We switched to Roxana and had multiple offers and sold it in about 3 months. The difference is getting a realtor who does the job full time not as a side business. She has an incredible network of folks to get you what you need like handymen, painters, and even an attorney if you desire one. In my case, we needed someone to repair a window and yes she had a window repair company, made all the arrangements, fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. we had almost daily contact with her. In my opinion, she is simply the best.

I bought my first home with Roxana. She is a great listener. She asked me questions I had never thought about and focused on what I was looking for. She is very patient and showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was always pointing out any pitfalls I may not be aware of and I never felt pressure from her. She is very knowledgeable of the area. I have already referred her to my friends and my colleagues from work.
