    Stacy did an outstanding job of helping us find a condo in the SW Florida area. She came prepared and answered all my questions since I was not familiar with the area. Her packet of detailed information on the houses/condos we decided to see was helpful and gave us a chance to review in the evening. Stacy and her team always had great communication with us and was always available. Stacey assisted us with the entire purchasing thru closing process, to insure a quick closing date in which the seller and buyer wanted. Her expertise in the market and geographic area was the reason we purchased in the Naples, Florida area. To Stacy and her team - THANK YOU!

    Stacy left no stone unturned and was responsive throughout the process of selling our home and also buying another. There are many realtors who are good, yet it’s a joy to have someone who’s personable in the way Stacy is, and our comfort level with her professional yet empathetic way really made working with her a pleasure. We know she’s very busy, but felt like her only client in her short response times to any questions or issues, and of course her long time residents knowledge and experience. She was there after closing to wrap things up and left the door open for anything else we’d need. Her crew is also fantastic and everyone helped us navigate a somewhat complex process. We know that her clients are in great hands and highly recommend working with Stacy Witthoff and her team.

    Stacy was amazing to work with- she came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From our first call in October requesting a meeting to our closing I feel she went above and beyond. Some examples are we were selling a property in Florida while residing in Massachusetts. Stacy offered to view the property ahead of our arrival and give her advise on what needed to be done to make it sellable. This saved us a a tremendous amount of time. When she viewed the property she identified some major issues that we did not have knowledge of- she recommended contractors and followed up on their work (all before we signed a contract to list with her). Stacy was spot on with her pricing and the market. I felt she was honest and professional. Her office was also extremely professional and responsive. The communication was top notch and we were notified of each showing, appraisal, inspection as well as the steps the buyers followed through- their lending, ect. I would highly recommend Stacy Witthoff if you are going to buy or sell in the Marco Island/Naples area she and her team are the best!
