Definitely experts in the area. I couldn't ask for better agents to help me in finding my home and negotiating the sale. By far the most professional agents I've encountered in Naples. John was exceptional in both navigating finding my home and the negotiations. He had ideas and strategies for every step and took the time to explain everything so that l understood exactly what my options were and what the pros and cons to the best choices for each step. When it came to negotiating the sale he was not only well versed in the relevant laws and standards, but went out of his way to make sure I understood the pros and cons to each of my choices. He truely went above and beyond what anyone would expect of a Realtor.

I have been dealing with Kathy and John for around 20 years, they have helped me buy and sell on a few occasions. They are professional, have great knowledge and always do what they say they are going to do. They are also very responsive and are happy to explain any part of the process you do not understand. They are helpful with regards to recommending people you can work with to see you through the whole process, ie title company, insurance etc. I would not use anyone else in Naples.
