Kathy and John were outstanding from start to finish. We particularly valued the ease of communication with them. They were always available, never rushed our conversations and were in touch immediately our input was required. Our sale proceeded seamlessly and extremely speedily and, having now completed the whole process, all of their advice has proved to be excellent; obviously based on years of experience. We found both Kathy and John totally professional, easy to talk to, superbly well informed and extremely positive. We recommend them unreservedly.

They did an evaluation on my home and other sales in area. They explained their marketing strategies to me to expose my home in all markets. They did an open house every weekend except holidays or on my request. They also targeted clients that fit the profile for my neighborhood. During the contract phase, they explain everything and got proper documents to buyer. I had a stress-free sale. I would highly recommend.

Kathy Rainford and John Krol did a fantastic job in helping me sell my Moorings area condo. Their advice about the market, how to stage my property, the great photos and videos that reached internationally enabled my ultimate buyer to see my condo online and come to the first open house. Sold my property within days of listing at the price I wanted and shepherded the transaction from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, hardworking with integrity.
