The best experience, for the lowest fee! Less expensive AND better! I saved 2% of the commission on $650,000 sale of my home in Temecula. She priced it right. Professional photographer. Most difficult market conditions since 2008, but she got it shown and sold! Daily phone calls and updates. Comprehensive comps and market analysis. Other similar homes were selling for $40,000 less, but she didn't budge or fold. Twenty years of experience and expertise in that market. Very comfortable and confident. She became a good friend, instead of just your typical agent.
