    After evicting a tenant through legal process, we were financially drained and needed a new tenant right away. But we were not going to make same mistake by easing the screening process or leaving stones unturned. It didn't help that the time fell around Thanksgiving when people would rather be with family than out looking for rentals. Ronen got to work, even during the holidays. After publishing, he met and screened prospective tenants and found a suitable tenant within the week. He is hard working, always within reach, and what he says is what it is. I saved him in my important contact list because he is a gem.
