Rochelle was an amazing realtor throughout the homebuying process! My husband and I had just had our first baby when we started the search for our new home. She was very flexible with going to view homes and had very quick responses to any questions or concerns we had. Rochelle Yukich and her team absolutely rocked it! This is the fourth house I’ve bought and it was the easiest by far. She helped me avoid the real estate pit falls and knocked out issues before I could even put much thought into it. Always available and responsive. It felt like I was the only one she was working with although I’m sure she was very busy with others as well. I would highly recommend Rochelle and her team. And when I buy or sell again she will be my first call. Thank you!

Rochelle was a friend of a friend, and now I just call her friend. She was very patient with me as I turned down every home we looked at. She completely understood and reiterated that she wouldn't be happy until I was happy. That's the true sign of someone who understands a good working relationship.

Rochelle is the greatest realtor of all time! From start to finish she was beyond flexible, responsive, and all around very enjoyable to work with. Rochelle was able to find many options that suited our needs and would consistently go out of her way to make sure we were alligned with all of our showings no matter the time or day. This led to us landing our first ever home, that checked off all of our boxes, and getting an amazing deal due to Rochelle's remarkable negotiating/communication skills.
