When you look for a realtor, you want someone who is honest, looks out for your best interest. My wife and I have bought many houses in our marriage and Bob Sawyer is the most honest, caring and selfless realtor. Bob is very knowledgeable and will make sure that he covers all basis with you and the other agent. Bob is always available to answer any questions or concerns when it comes to selling the house. He makes sure to look out for you. His detail to the process is the best I have ever seen, and he makes sure that every T is crossed and i is dotted. If we ever move back to the Auburn, Grass Valley or Nevada City area, Bob will be the first person we contact.

As an Out-Of-Town Cross-Country buyer, I was very grateful for Bob's Expertise. When I contacted Bob, I was pleasantly surprised that he was reluctant to present my offer on a house that I had only seen On-Line not wanting to take advantage of my recent Widowed Status. He insisted that I or someone I trusted at least view the house prior. He was very concerned that I might not be happy with my purchase. He went above & beyond during the entire process. His referrals and coordination for numerous projects prior to my actual move were very, very helpful. I would Highly Recommend Bob for anyone looking for an agent with Experience AND Integrity!!
