My husband and I had the wonderful experience of working with Eric Hatch, of Century 21 located in Auburn Ca. We sold our home in Cool, CA very quickly. My son suggested we interview several real estate agents when we were looking for someone to work with. Eric came prepared, knew what the competition was, and how to proceed to have a successful purchase of our home in a very timely manner, with the correct pricing. His expertise, knowledge of the area, and track record in the business won us over. With his friendly demeanor and positive attitude, as well as the organizational/communication skills he exhibited, it made working with him very easy. Eric always responded to our calls, and/or text messages even after hours or on the weekends. His willingness to help in organizing appointments for showings, repairs or inspections as well as filling out all the forms was a great help. He truly is a master at keeping all the facts in order. It was a joy to work with him, and we can’t thank him enough for all that he did for us before and even after we sold our home. In our minds he was “outstanding!” We highly recommend working with him if you are thinking of buying or selling your home.

Eric Hatch was amazing! From the very first meeting with Eric to our closing date, we had a great experience selling our house in grass Valley near Lake of the Pines. He was very knowledgeable and professional, he always showed up on time and answered the phone when we had a question. We are thankful we found him and will recommend him to anyone buying or selling!!

Eric was easy to work with. He was confident and knowledgable about the market. Communication with him was great, and he followed up quickly to answer questions and deal with requests. Nice guy!

10/10!! Selling with Eric Hatch. Eric was fantastic and effortless to work with. He made the whole process of selling our Grass Valley, Ca home so easy for us. He was always quick to answer any text or phone call I made and always made sure we were understanding of the next step. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Eric Hatch was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier. Selling my Grass Valley home was a first time experience for me. Eric is very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions and concerns. Not once did I feel like I was asking a silly question. Eric is a honest professional showing nothing but integrity. He is very prompt and the open communication was wonderful. I did not expect my home to sell as quick as it did but Eric walked me through every step.
