My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with Eric Hatch. Not only was Eric kind, professional and readily available/communicative, he also offered us great wisdom and intuition by helping us understand the market, our position in it, and aspects about each house he knew we would either value or find to be an issue for our wants/needs. In the midst of the escrow process, we felt secure that Eric had our backs and was negotiating the best deal and arrangements for us. Buying a house is scary enough--it was a joy and relief to have Eric along with us and guiding us through the process. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone searching for their new home!
