Eric is amazing. He basically held our hand through our first house purchase. He answered any and all questions no matter how relevant or unnecessary about the property or purchase. Not only was he very helpful throughout the purchase but he is still in contact making sure everything is going well. I feel like not only did we find a great realtor but we also found a good friend. My husband and I had the wonderful experience of working with Eric Hatch, of Century 21 located in Auburn Ca. We sold our home in Cool, CA very quickly. My son suggested we interview several real estate agents when we were looking for someone to work with. Eric came prepared, knew what the competition was, and how to proceed to have a successful purchase of our home in a very timely manner, with the correct pricing. His expertise, knowledge of the area, and track record in the business won us over. With his friendly demeanor and positive attitude, as well as the organizational/communication skills he exhibited, it made working with him very easy. Eric always responded to our calls, and/or text messages even after hours or on the weekends. His willingness to help in organizing appointments for showings, repairs or inspections as well as filling out all the forms was a great help. He truly is a master at keeping all the facts in order. It was a joy to work with him, and we can’t thank him enough for all that he did for us before and even after we sold our home. In our minds he was “outstanding!” We highly recommend working with him if you are thinking of buying or selling your home.

Eric Hatch was amazing! From the very first meeting with Eric to our closing date, we had a great experience selling our house in grass Valley near Lake of the Pines.
