Katherine did a great job getting our house ready for the market. It was an unusual house in that it had 2 houses on one lot. She gave us great advice on how to best market this property and how to get through the negotiations. She has a very complete knowledge of the Meadow Vista market and were able to get us a great offer and close the house within 3 months of putting it on the market. I would call her for selling our other house in MV.

Katherine was great to work with! As a first time buyer I had never gone through this process before and she explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. Katherine is the best there is! She is the sweetest most genuine person. She really cares about your budget and making you happy when finding a home. She showed us countless homes till we finally found one we saw as our home. I would recommend her EVERY TIME!!

We recently purchased a home in Applegate, CA and Katherine Katches was our realtor. We moved to Norcal from Southern California and her knowledge of the local area was key to helping us find an amazing property! There were several aspects of buying a home in this area that we were not familiar with - easement lines, potential well problems, internet access, fire insurance, etc. Katherine's expertise in navigating those issues was absolutely critical in determining which home was the right one for us. She was incredibly patient throughout the long process with us, which included several last-minute trips up to see homes, multiple offers (done late at night or on holidays), and complicated negotiations. Her attention to detail and professionalism ensured that we were in position to secure our home at the price we needed. Katherine helped us with purchasing our beautifull home.
