If you are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable realtor with consistent communication, look no further. Robert helped me buy a house in 2020 and sell a house in 2024. A large part of the reason I chose Robert as my realtor a second time around was his outstanding customer service. When buying my house in 2020 he gave valuable guidance when viewing homes and has a solid network of service professionals for inspections and resolutions. He followed up on the completion of my sewer line AFTER the sale to ensure there were no loose ends. He is always available and his communication is clear and consistent. I can’t say enough about my excellent experience buying and selling, no notes!

We were extremely pleased with Bob throughout the entire process of selling our house AND buying a new house. His communication skills were excellent including 1) promptly answering all questions and concerns 2) keeping us up to date on recent showings and prospective buyer feedback 3) collaborating with us to sell our house at the RIGHT price, and 4) working with us to negotiate a fair price to purchase a new house. The last house in our community took over a year to sell, and yet Bob was able to sell ours in just over 2 months. During the same period 5 other homes in our neighborhood went up for sale. Ours was the 1st under contract and the 1st to sell. Bob arranged to have an excellent photographer do pictures of our house. The pictures made the house look fantastic! We credit Bob’s office (Remax) with providing excellent support throughout the sale period. In a difficult market we never had to lower the asking price of our home until the final negotiation. Bob’s negotiating skills with buyers, buyers agents and sellers agents was exemplary. We enthusiastically recommend Bob to anyone seeking to sell or buy a home.

Bob has sold properties for me for the last seven years. He puts in a great effort and always gets the best price. His market knowledge allows for quick contracts without continuous price reductions like one sees with other agents. Closings are smooth and on time.
