Kris played a phenomenal role in helping my family and me allocate to Jacksonville. She was patient and informative and made sure to listen to all our concerns in order to make sure we are satisfied in the townhouse she found us. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for exceptional real estate service. She walked with me through the application from A to Z quickly and efficiently. I will be sure to use her services again if ever I need them.

Robert was excellent to work with during the process of selling our home. He helped explain every step during the process and worked with us to show and market our home effectively. He held multiple open houses at the property as well. I highly recommend working with Robert and his team when buying or selling a home.

Rob is an incredible real estate agent. He made the process of buying my first home far less daunting/stressful than I imagined, even in the crazy real estate market of 2022. He is available whenever you have a question and will provide as much information as you request. But balances that with not overwhelming you with too much. If I wanted to see 10 houses one weekend, he'd get that set up. If one weekend I didn't want to see any, no problem. In addition to the ease and comfort he provided during the process, he also is incredibly thorough. There were many issues in other houses which he pointed out (that I didn't think would be big deals) or features of my new house (which I didn't appreciate), that I continue to now notice as being significant having lived here for a few months. That being said, he won't pressure you to buy a specific house. He will provide an objective pro's/con's for each which I see as even more valid with each passing day living here. Wrapping up, I could not more strongly recommend Rob as an agent for buying a house. I have recommended him to my friends/family who have expressed thought of moving to Florida and could not be happier with the service he provided.

Kris at First Coast Home Hunters for about four years now managing our investment properties. She is absolutely great and takes care of everything. We have used property management companies in the past but nothing compares to the level of service Kris provides. She makes everything easy e.g. taking care of the tenants, properties, HOA, repairs, services. There is nothing that Kris can't do.

Kris Crecelius is highly professional. She goes above and beyond to take care of her clients needs on finding a rental home. In the near future Kris will be our Realtor finding our new home to purchase.
