I had an excellent experience working with Rob as my realtor. From the beginning of the process to the end he was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions and provide updates. His knowledge and guidance were invaluable through the process. I gave him my list of “must-haves” and he quickly narrowed down the options to a manageable list. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Purchasing a home can be a stressful experience and Rob eased the way so the experience felt manageable and even enjoyable. When we had an issue with the inspection, he promptly contacted me with a list of options and service providers and even helped me get second options saving me money and time. I truly appreciate Rob's dedication and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell and home and will be using him for any real estate matters in the future.

My fiance and I did extensive research on realtors in our area. We wanted to make sure we had the right person guiding us as we were first time home buyers. Rob couldn't have been more perfect. He was in constant communication, I never had to chase him down for responses. He was so patient with us and took the time to make sure we picked the perfect home. He was able to accommodate viewings no matter what day it was and he made sure he was available. We were struggling with getting a pre-approval and on Valentine's day we walked into our dream home, put in an offer, Rob made some calls and put us through to a loan officer he trusted and we had the pre-approval same day. Rob isn't just selling a house for the paycheck. He knew we had 6 kids and wanted a safe neighborhood and he made sure he guided us with our whole family in mind. We are forever grateful to him. We couldn't have picked a better realtor. He made our dreams come true.

Rob helped me find my dream home even though I was unsure of what that was or where it was! We looked all over Orlando and further to find a place where I am truly happy. Buying my first home was a daunting process, but my realtor made it much less intimidating. Thank you Rob!

Rob is a great realtor. He knows the market and was able to guide us to our new home. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He also has a great personality and it was a pleasure having him as a realtor.
