We recently purchased a brand new home in Foothills Preserve in Mount Dora, FL. When we were looking for a home we touched bases with Michelle Silva of The Pinnacle Homes Group at Keller Williams. Michelle took us to many houses and she found us the right one that matched all the criteria we were looking for! We decided on a new build and since we were not in Florida, Michelle kept us appraised of all the stages of the build of our new home.
