Once again Chris Bassette helped our family sell a property in Orlando, this was a long distance transaction as we live on the other side of the country. Chris and his team kept us up to date on progress with the property and helped us review offers as they came in. Chris was professional in all of his dealings with us and very responsive to questions. Chris and his team were able to obtain a good price for the property with minimal fuss. We recently purchased a brand new home in Foothills Preserve in Mount Dora, FL. When we were looking for a home we touched bases with Michelle Silva of The Pinnacle Homes Group at Keller Williams. Michelle took us to many houses and she found us the right one that matched all the criteria we were looking for! We decided on a new build and since we were not in Florida, Michelle kept us appraised of all the stages of the build of our new home.
