We highly recommend the team of Autumn Makin, and her assistant Melissa Bell. They did a great job in helping us sell our home. The marketing and communications were top notch. Both Autumn and Melissa always promptly returned our calls and messages, and answered our questions clearly. Definitely 5 star service all the way!

Autumn and her team always made themselves available whenever we needed them.Her advice on how to get our house ready for sale was spot on and the pictures were beautiful and gave our property what it needed to sell quickly. We looked at many houses before we settled on one to buy and they always made sure to be there to help us tour the properties. Autumn made sure we understood the process involved in selling our home and buying the new one. Melissa made herself available to answer all our questions no matter the day or time. It is a very stressful process and Autumn and Melissa made it a much more relaxing process. Both closings went off perfectly with no problems. I would highly recommend Autumn and her team if you are looking to buy or sell or both at the same time.

This is our second time buying a home with Autumn. First was sight unseen and she was awesome then! This time was great as she really knows the area and had some great insights. I would highly recommend using her.

Autumn is very personable and a great help. We moved across the country all the way from WI to Clermont, FL and Autumn has been guiding us from the start. She contacted me initially 3 months before our visit to the area. We chatted often since and she was always available to answer any questions. She and her team advocated for us while we can't be physically in the area during the negotiation. Even after closing, she checked on our house before we were able to move in. She also received our car delivery, which may not be a typical realtor job. She has gone above and beyond. Lastly, The welcoming gifts for us and our children was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Very grateful that we found her.

Wow Autumn has been the absolute best Realtor we have ever worked with! Such a kind, talented, intelligent and charismatic woman. We used 2 prior Realtors before her and our house did not sell. I decided to use Autumn after reading all her amazing reviews and my house literally went pending in days in a very tough market. From her beautiful photos to her captivating house description she made it happen. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and has excellent communication skills. Her negotiation skills are top notch and she always went far and beyond to fulfill our needs. Her assistant Melissa is so nice and always kept in touch to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. She was extremely helpful and so on the ball with the entire process. Melissa is such a hard worker and it clearly showed even on weekends and after working hours. These two ladies are such an amazing team and seriously deserve to be recognized. Grateful to have met you both!!!
