Ricki is a rockstar! As a first time home buyer, I feel quite lucky that she was my agent and will always be grateful to her for landing our dream home. Both Ricki's extensive knowledge of the Tahoe area real estate market as well as her many connections to local professionals proved invaluable throughout the process. I very highly recommend Ricki to anyone interested in buying or selling a house, but especially to those looking to buy that are not currently located in this area.

Ricki is absolutely the best of the best! We recently purchased a vacation home in Truckee (Northstar), and were concerned about the challenges of coordinating everything from afar, but Ricki managed everything seamlessly from start to finish. She was our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground in Truckee. She works hard, knows the market well, was always prepared and responsive when we had questions or concerns (day or night), and ensured everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. She was there to represent us when we couldn’t be there ourselves, even after the close of escrow, helping to coordinate repairs and deliveries. She went way above and beyond what we expected! Ricki is well respected in the Truckee/Tahoe real estate market; everyone knows and loves her! She has numerous connections for getting work done and anything else you could possibly need. She will take of you like a friend, always protecting your interests. Ricki is an absolute joy to work with, and made the purchase of our vacation home an enjoyable process.
