I would like to thank Sarah Cain for her assistance in selling our house in today’s tight market on such a remarkable timetable. We chose the Christy Morrison Group because of all the realtors we interviewed - they were the most responsive. Even before we listed, they were setting up repairs for the house. After signing, Sami became our direct agent. She is terrific -- knowledgeable, responsive and a good negotiator. She managed everything from cleaning and staging, painting and repairs, to inspections, to final sale. She communicated fully and quickly at every step. It was as smooth as could be expected. We had an amazing experience working with Terri to buy our new home! From the very beginning, she was super knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Terri really took the time to understand what we were looking for and was able to find us a house before it even hit the MLS. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. From the moment Sarah and Christy (Morrison) walked in the front door, we knew we’d found a very special team. They seemed in sync with each thought and made us feel as though we would be in good hands throughout the process of selling a high-altitude, and thus rather tricky, home. They did not hesitate when they offered a timeline for interior and drone shots of the property, as well as the myriad of necessary inspections, etc. Both seemed to know all the best local providers in the real estate industry and spoke with confidence. We decided to list with Sarah even before we received a video of them together, thanking us for inviting them into our home and reiterating their desire to work with us. The video arrived less than a half hour after their visit. Truly a professional sales effort. Throughout our association with Sarah (and Christy, but to a lesser extent), we were treated to kindness, efficiency and deep knowledge. Every request or idea was met with a friendly, “Sure, I can make that happen!” Every offer came with gentle guidance. I really can’t recommend Sarah Bradford more highly. We ultimately sold our home, the lot next door, and most of the furnishings for a price we were quite happy with. An added bonus: she is delightful!
