Sarah wa outstanding! My brother and I had to sell our family cabin in Truckee, Ca., and because the specific area of Serene Lakes has so many rules and regulations, it makes selling a home more challenging than normal. Sarah knew all the speed bumps along the way and helped navigate us to a successful sale! She's connected to multiple entities which assisted in preparing our cabin for selling....a major positive! Also, great personality and friendly demeanor, as well as a fantastic communicator. We had a fantastic experience working with Chris as our buyer’s agent in Truckee! Working with Chris was super low pressure and very organic. It was akin to chatting it up with an old buddy that you haven't seen in a long time. Beyond just asking about the style/size and the price point of homes we were on the market for (every agent does that), Chris really focused on understanding WE as people - what our interests were, the vibe we liked, our lifestyle, etc - and took that understanding to show us around local neighborhoods and regions that best matched us. Chris even went as far as explaining to me subtle details like snow load, the grade of land, and sunrise and sunset exposures, which I didn't even think about - all incredibly valuable throughout the process! We’re thrilled with our new home and grateful for the guidance we received every step of the way. I loved working with Sami as a buyer! She made just the right amount of touch points through email, text, and phone to keep me updated on the market without overwhelming me. She was proactive and knew exactly the types of listings to send me based on what I was looking for. She has incredible knowledge of the market in the Tahoe area. She was a master negotiator and didn’t push me into territory I wasn’t comfortable with. I’d recommend her to any friends and family looking to buy or sell.
