Sarah wa outstanding! My brother and I had to sell our family cabin in Truckee, Ca., and because the specific area of Serene Lakes has so many rules and regulations, it makes selling a home more challenging than normal. Sarah knew all the speed bumps along the way and helped navigate us to a successful sale! She's connected to multiple entities which assisted in preparing our cabin for selling....a major positive!
