Rick Franz was incredible and professional to work with during our home search and buying process. He took the time to understand our needs and personal wishes in finding a home in Washington. We moved to Washington for professional reasons after living in Utah for 56 years. It was not an easy move to a state that was completely new to us. Rick took that into heartfelt consideration as he guided us through the various locations to find the right area that would best suit us for living, work, and pleasure. We are very happy in our newly planted roots in Bothell, WA and enjoy having family and friends visit us in our beautiful home and new state of residence. Rick Franz is hereby nominated for realtor of the year! We were lucky to find him through a personal reference in Corvallis Oregon. We entrusted Rick with the delicate matter of managing the transition of my disabled sister leaving her condo in Bellevue Washington. The unit was quickly cleaned, beautifully staged, and photographed. The listing was polished, completely professional. We received updates from the Windermere Team each week, which included a comprehensive market area synopsis, as well as specific traffic reports on views of our condo unit. In the end, we captured as much value as the market would provide, and celebrate such a success!

My wife and I used Rick to find our new home and he surpassed our expectations. He was on top of communications with various sellers, getting us any information we requested. He constantly was looking at houses that fit our criteria and he had lots of flexibility to work around our schedule to see any houses that met our needs. His expertise was immensely valuable when negotiating with sellers and understanding how houses were priced based on the current marked and the specific neighborhood. Rick was recommended to me by long time friends and I am very glad they did. I needed to sell my elderly mother's home of many years as she decided to move to a Senior Community. Rick and his team were very helpful in getting the home ready to sell. Once ready, his marketing skills generated a healthy stream of potential buyers. Throughout this time period Rick communicated every visit made by real estate agents and their clients. Once the home was under contract Rick made the process so easy through digital signatures. The only time an in-person meeting was necessary was for the final closing documents. Rick made sure to involve my mother in the process and was very respectful to her as she said goodbye to her long term home.
