We’ve used multiple agents over the years for buying and selling homes. By far Dapper Dwellings and Riann were the best we’ve worked with. We had fluid communication through both the buying and selling process. Not to mention the home we sold set a new record for the neighborhood, and she helped us get a great deal on the home we purchased. Amanda is extremely knowledgable about the process. She was proactive during every step of the process and kept us informed of the progress of loan process by actively seeking updates from my lender. I definitely recommend her as a real estate agent.

Riann was so helpful, both in the selling of our old house and buying of the new house. Communication was always open and clear. She always had our best interest at heart and never steered us wrong. She made a very stressful process much better and we couldn't be happier!
