Could not recommend Sally more highly. First-time homebuyer here. I started my house search as a pretty broad area - she listened to what I was looking for and helped me hone in on a more specific area. She had great knowledge of the local market and which areas were improving. From the houses that we went through, she had honest feedback about each house/condition/price, etc. Due to my circumstances, the whole process took almost a year (with some long breaks in between), but she never pushed me towards making a purchase. After we found the right home, she had some great thinking-outside-of-the-box ideas on making an offer. I ended up winning the house against a competing offer that had a higher purchase price. Sally did great at working with my lender (closed on time, by the way) as well as preparing me for any steps I needed to take. I hate giving five stars across the board, but there really isn't anything I would have changed about the process. Honest, reliable, great communication, and knowledgeable... A good partner to have when navigating the world of real estate.

Reed was extremely helpful through our entire home buying process. We looked for homes for longer than most and Reed stuck with us the whole time. He was great at explaining how the process works and making sure we understood what was going on the entire time. He's very knowledgeable of the industry and we felt we were in good hands.

Reed is an outstanding Real Estate agent/broker, and I consider myself lucky to have had him help me purchase my home in Kansas City. I was new to the area and a first time home buyer, and Reed spent a huge amount of time explaining to me the dynamics of the market in the area and showing me all of the options that I would have in a vast number of neighborhoods. After creating a punch list based on my price point and priorities for the home, Reed was brilliant at sorting through all of the listings and honing in on options that would work for me. Once we found the perfect one, Reed and his team help me get through all of the contracts and paperwork, and I was in Escrow in no time flat. Reed is extremely knowledgeable about real estate as a whole, and the market in Kansas City. He takes the time necessary to figure out your needs as a home buyer and find the perfect home for you, not push a sale. He has a ton of experience and knows what needs to happen in order to make this complicated process move smoothly. He is respectful and does everything in your best interest as a client. I have dealt with multiple realtors in my life. Reed is by FAR the best I've ever worked with. From the start, he provided extensive guidance in the proper pricing of my place based on my communicated objectives. We had 25 showings in the 1st 25 days all due to his network and ability to draw people in. During the negotiation and escrow I received great direction in laymen terms on next steps and potential hurdles. He's no doubt got a knack for what he does.

Reed was a perfect realtor for our relocation from Boston. New to the Midwest, we had to start our home search from scratch. Reed rose to the occasion, took the time to get to know us, and matched us with the perfect neighborhood by our second day. He's a great guy to have in your corner!
