I’m incredibly proud and grateful to share that I’ve officially become a homeowner in the past few weeks — a dream come true and a milestone I will never forget. I truly feel beyond blessed. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing team that helped make this possible: Rafael Narvaez and our broker, Kiara. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me through this journey. From day one, they answered every question — even the ones I asked more than once — with patience and clarity. My wife and I went with Rafael to purchase our first home and he made the whole process incredibly easy! Rafael was also very honest and informative about possible repairs/updates needed while touring houses - which we really appreciated as first time home buyers! Rafael will put your best interests first! 100% recommend!

I recently closed on a house I sold through EXP with Rafael Narvaez . If there was a 10 star rating, I would have chosen it! He was extremely efficient and professional. His customer service outstanding. He not only knows his profession but he truly cares about his clients. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and I would highly recommend him! It was a true blessing.
