During our initial phone call, Rachel was very personable and professional, which helped us feel comfortable and eager to work with her. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the field helped us think about more big picture concepts during this process and influenced us to check out other neighborhoods that did not initially come to mind and other details in a home that we should consider. When we attended open houses with her, she was very welcoming and acted has a helpful guide, while still having our opinions and personal preferences feel valued. She prompted us with questions that helped us think deeper on the details we liked or disliked about the house, which helped us narrow down our interests. We really appreciated Rachel’s active and open communication when providing updates or asking questions. She always responded in a timely manner and was a great liaison between us, the seller agent, and the owner. In relation to her strong communication skills, she was very transparent about the different steps of buying a home (making an offer, inspections, closing details, etc.). This helped us feel confident in taking those next steps and helped the whole process from attending open houses to the final steps on closing day run so smoothly. We are so grateful for Rachel being our real estate agent and would highly recommend her to other clients, especially first time home buyers.
