Laura was both direct and flexible while working with me to get my mother's condo ready to sell. She went above and beyond to provide guidance long before the listing agreement was signed, and she was always just a text or phone call away to answer countless questions throughout the process. She went out of her way to coordinate and meet with contractors, etc., since I don't live locally and was unable to be on-site during the week, and her network of reliable subcontractors helped get tasks completed quickly without needing to vet everyone myself. Laura showed deep knowledge of the current local real estate market, and I was confident trusting her advice on all sorts of matters, including how to best make the property sellable and how much to spend doing so. Laura was never overly pushy but gently kept me moving forward in otherwise overwhelming and stressful circumstances.

Laura added value from the day we met, and continually over the year-long saga of preparing and selling our 40-year family home. She began by walking us through, step-by-step, how mission impossible was indeed doable. Laura spent a couple of hours in our home, with her staging expert, and prepared for us a room-by-room document of what needed to be done to prep for sale, complete with names of people that we could call for help: Carpet remover, floor refinisher, painter, junk taker, mason, handyman, electrician, and donation centers for books and furniture. She educated us on what buyers look for today (a lot has changed since we bought our fixer-upper house), and how to maximize value - from paint colors, to decluttering, to staging. We argued with her over a lot of this ("what, paint over our beautiful natural oak window trim?"), but as the project started showing what could be, and as she earned our trust over phone calls, text messages, and talking with her knowledgeable fix-it crews, she convinced us. Laura never pressured us, always guided. Her can-do attitude, her realistic timeline planning, her asking-price setting approach ('agent opinion polling"), was confidence-building, enabling, and proved out. As we Wintered in Florida and the Spring market approached, she helped us map out final prep steps, assign tasks, plan a timeline. She - and her family - took on a good bit of the final decluttering and prep while we were away. As we readied to go to market, her attention to detail -- staging, window-wahing, deep cleaning, tasteful curb appeal prep, fresh flowers -- made our home sparkle. She led us skillfully through the selling process: offer counseling, P&S negotiating, referral to a trusted attorney, handling closing details like getting the smoke detector certicate and the final water meter reading. The bottom line: an offer over asking 3 days after listing, a helpfully negotiated P&S, and a closing in 49 days -- in an uncertain economic market! Yes, Laura added value every step of the way. And what a nice, generous person! We heartily recommend her as a listing agent.

Laura was expert in knowing the market specific to our development, giving us guidance in setting the price, and staging the home. She had access to a team of people to help us out with certain tasks if we chose. In particular she has someone she works with regularly to strategize on staging, at no expense to us. She recommended a combination of some of our decor and some accent pieces she had access to. The pics were amazing. Highly recommend!

Laura has got to be the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with. From preparing the house for sale till the day the house sold she was always in touch, always available should you have questions. Laura went above and beyond any realtor I've ever worked with. Her knowledge of the area and what the buyer wants is impressive. I highly recommend her.
