We haven't yet purchased a home with Rachael, but we were put in touch with her through Zillow and have found her to be extremely kind, knowledgeable and attentive to our specific needs - like not only our style preferences, but our sensitivity to homes with any mold or other environmental toxins - she has a lot of knowledge and compassion on these issues and was able to help give us advice and referrals for specialist inspectors and remediators in the area, should we need them. She is very personable, easy to work and makes herself available for her clients. I would definitely recommend Rachel if you are looking for a good agent you can trust.
