It has been very gratifying working with Phyllis Harb and Kris Jardino in the sale of my home. These ladies are hardworking, knowledgeable and with exceptional work ethics. They made sure that every obstacle I encountered was taken care of. They were also sensitive to my personal tragedy that forced me to have to sell my place. Phyllis and Kris kept me well informed (by phone, text and email) throughout this complicated process and promptly answered any concerns I had. This lowered my stress level immensely. Phyllis is without a doubt the best realtor I've used in my 40 years of buying and selling real estate. This is the 6th transaction on which my wife or I have used Phyllis, and she has shown outstanding skills in both buying or selling homes. The first time I worked with Phyllis was on a complicated short sale of a home and she led us through that process in a way that made it seem easy. We later sold that home with her help. Most recently we needed to sell a condominium while being out of state, and she was phenomenal in terms of getting the property ready to sell, setting the right price, and facilitating a sale in a way that worked well for both us and the buyer. Phyllis has also provided us with numerous referrals to service providers, whether plumbers, heating contractors, or refinance brokers. In the case of the recent sale of the condominium, Phyllis provided a floor replacement contractor who did the work incredibly well, billed Phyllis for the work, and we then reimbursed Phyllis at closing. I couldn't have asked for better service or support through a tough transaction at a distance. Phyllis has incredible knowledge of both the real estate market in the San Fernando Valley and how to successfully negotiate a transaction. I've never had an agent who was as successful in negotiating a deal in a way that met my financial needs, provided a fair and straightforward process, and was closed without any issues at the end. She is a master. I can't recommend her highly enough. She went well beyond what anyone could reasonable expect, and did so with patience and keen awareness of all of the factors involved. She is the best.
