It has been very gratifying working with Phyllis Harb and Kris Jardino in the sale of my home. These ladies are hardworking, knowledgeable and with exceptional work ethics. They made sure that every obstacle I encountered was taken care of. They were also sensitive to my personal tragedy that forced me to have to sell my place. Phyllis and Kris kept me well informed (by phone, text and email) throughout this complicated process and promptly answered any concerns I had. This lowered my stress level immensely. I highly recommend Phyllis and Kris who will work hard for you and get the best deal possible.

Phyllis is without a doubt the best realtor I've used in my 40 years of buying and selling real estate. This is the 6th transaction on which my wife or I have used Phyllis, and she has shown outstanding skills in both buying or selling homes. The first time I worked with Phyllis was on a complicated short sale of a home and she led us through that process in a way that made it seem easy. We later sold that home with her help. Most recently we needed to sell a condominium while being out of state, and she was phenomenal in terms of getting the property ready to sell, setting the right price, and facilitating a sale in a way that worked well for both us and the buyer. Phyllis has also provided us with numerous referrals to service providers, whether plumbers, heating contractors, or refinance brokers. In the case of the recent sale of the condominium, Phyllis provided a floor replacement contractor who did the work incredibly well, billed Phyllis for the work, and we then reimbursed Phyllis at closing. I couldn't have asked for better service or support through a tough transaction at a distance. Phyllis has incredible knowledge of both the real estate market in the San Fernando Valley and how to successfully negotiate a transaction. I've never had an agent who was as successful in negotiating a deal in a way that met my financial needs, provided a fair and straightforward process, and was closed without any issues at the end. She is a master. I can't recommend her highly enough. She went well beyond what anyone could reasonable expect, and did so with patience and keen awareness of all of the factors involved. She is the best.

I whole heartedly recommend Phyllis Harb as your Realtor of choice! Phyllis has handled three sales for me and my family members – all with unmitigated success and ease of accomplishment. Phyllis provides carefully researched advice on price setting. She plans and executes an exceptional advertising campaign with print and web-based elements that included, for my recent sale, a full-motion video show and drone footage of the property. She manages open house events with ease, and, with her staff, guides you through the multitude of paper that is required to support a real estate transaction. Packing and arranging for my recent move were an order of magnitude more stressful than the advertising, showing and management of the sale that Phyllis so skillfully orchestrated. I was very pleased with the personal relationship that we had during the recent sale – Phyllis provided such a close business relationship that I felt well satisfied that nothing would be forgotten nor go wrong. And best of all, with all of Phyllis’s expertise, the property sold in two days for well above the carefully selected asking price!

We were extremely happy with Phyllis Harb’s professionalism, knowledge, experience, expertise and abilities to coordinate and oversee the many repairs to our home, and the shortest escrow imaginable in the sale of our home in La Crescenta. All of our questions, suggestions and requests were acted upon immediately, we were advised and consulted about every step in this process, her patience was unending, every detail was given careful attention. Phyllis was readily available to our many questions and concerns, and right on top of all of the documents and paperwork needing our attention, even when we weren’t! Phyllis is an Amazing agent and person. She went above and beyond helping me sell my Aunts home during a very difficult time in my life. She was my strength at that time. Her knowledge and compassion and Amazing team helped me with way more than just selling the house. I'm so thankful for them all!!!!!!!
