Fogg Miranda Real Estate were the absolute best. I had a property in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles to sell as I was moving to Franklin, Tennessee and they came through in the absolute toughest of markets. Their work was top notch…from helping to find an agent in my destination town to prepping the place to sell, staging, advertising, many, many many open houses, communication, updates, and the eventual closing process itself… I cannot recommend them enough. Special call out to Shannon Brandon who was my agent throughout this adventure. Her perseverance, diligence, insight, personality, and friendship were and are huge assets to anyone looking to sell…or buy…property in the future!!!

I have now used Leila Drewes (part of Grace Miranda’s team) twice. She’s the reason we were able to buy the house we wanted five year ago, and then she sold it for us when our family outgrew it. Attentive, responsive, competitive and wise, she’s everything you want in a real estate agent. Grateful to have met her and to call her our friend.

I am extremely thankful to Claudia and her team for helping us sell our home. Claudia was exceptional at communicating and listening to our needs. She explained everything in detail and was supportive from the first meeting to the closing of the house. Claudia’s patience and understanding made the selling process go smoothly. At times I was not able to be at the house for showing or other activities related to the sale and Claudia would make herself available to facilitate the process.
