First time home seller here… I can’t rave enough about the Miranda team! I was so nervous on how to go about selling my home, in today’s tricky market. However the whole experience was made easy with these pleasant personalities that were there with me every step of the way. I feel so blessed, and grateful to have found them to represent me on the sale of my home, which had offers on it before it even officially listed!!! From the wonderful in-house decorative staging that they did to the difficult paperwork processing of selling from a trust, I couldn’t have expected this process to go any better!!! To put it plainly, they’re just good people, and treated me like family. A++++ rating from me!!!

We worked with Shannon Brandon on our first home buying adventure and we are SO lucky that we did! Always patient, helpful, and cheerful, Shannon immediately understood our needs and worked very hard to find us the perfect match. It can be scary to put your housing and financial future into someone's hands, but with Shannon we never doubted we were being treated honestly and with kindness! Trying to buy a home in Los Angeles was extremely intimidating, and we would absolutely have been lost without Shannon to guide us through the process every step of the way. She spent six long months during a global pandemic (and an absolutely bonkers housing market) going with us from property to property in search of the perfect home. Without her making us feel safe, smart, and sane, there is no way we would have stuck with the hunt as long as we did. We just closed on our first home and it was absolutely worth the wait!
