We had an excellent experience with Peter. His expertise in the field is incredibly valuable, and we have used him on three deals (two buying, one selling). He sold our home in Baltimore City in just one day, for well over asking price. His knowledge then helped us navigate a very difficult buyer’s market, including some unexpected challenges just before closing. Peter is honest, thorough and not pushy, and we would certainly recommend him.

Peter’s level of responsiveness is what initially led me to work with him when I was looking for a home in 2011. He listened to what was important to me, didn’t waste my time or mislead me, and helped me navigate a very complicated transaction. His attentiveness did not stop there. I considered selling the property a few times over the next 10 years, and Peter was always quick to get back to me with relevant information to guide my decision. When I decided to sell the property in early 2021, he made the process nearly effortless for me. If I decide to purchase another property in Maryland, I definitely plan to work with Peter again!

Peter was an AWESOME agent! He sold two of my homes within a week of each other and they closed in 1 month! We got full ask in the first weekend on the market probably because of a very successful open house that was held and due to the fact Peter had an very cool drone video the photographs of our house that was top notch. The marketing he did made all the difference in the world! He always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. He had a really good understanding of the local market. He also found us the home we relocated to and was always willing to show us any properties we had interest in. Highly recommended!”
