Peter did outstanding work in my purchase of an investment property as a 1031 exchange. He found it and went above and beyond in getting all of the repair costs in order to negotiate a price that was below asking. His company will also be managing it for me, which is a huge relief. Danny was the absolute BEST! From the beginning, this man was honest, encouraging, helpful, communicative, and just absolutely positive.
