What can I say .... Peter did an outstanding job selling my house. I am a recent widow. Peter walked me through every step, priced the house correctly, had a great photographer, a great stager, and made the whole process easy. I am blessed that I chose Peter as my realtor. Not only did my house sell quickly, with no drama, but I have made a new friend for life.

We were interested in a property this guy who refuses to show properties on a Sunday. For Pete sake you’re a realtor not an attorney being a realtor is not a 9 to 5 job! Then he prods me to make sure we can write an offer / contract agreement if we want to see the property. I tell him we haven’t officially listed our property because we have seven potential different buyers that wanna see the house before it’s officially listed on Zillow. I also tell him our property is free and clear so after it’s sold and the money saved we can write a check for the property he has listed. So he tells me that he spoke with the owner and they don’t want to show the property if we aren’t able to purchase now. What The Heck we can’t even see the house unless we can make an offer or pay on the spot?? I told him we like to speak with the owner/s anyway but he tells me that he spoke with the owner and they prefer not to speak with us. I’m 99% sure he told the property owner not to speak to us! Sorry but this guy is an jurk. All he cares about is his commission you can tell by the way he does things. He doesn’t care about his own customers just his commission! Blocking us from speaking with the owner/s. Long gone are the days of a hand shake. My apologies but we are beginning to highly dislike and flat hate some realtors because of realtors like this one… Good Luck dealing with this Gentleman, No sorry this inconsiderate lowlife. ¯\_(?)_/¯ Oh, Zillow you need to have a negative 5 star rating for this lowlife as he would get the highest rating for the lowest Negotiation Skills.

Peter is an extraordinary realtor! He made selling our home almost seamless. He gave concrete advice at every step and drove the process in a very positive way. He has terrific connections around town and has great recommendations for anything in need of repair (roofers, cooling/heating, drywall, flooring, etc.). Talking to Peter relieved stress every time - he always had a plan and was working to implement it. Peter truly works for his client's best interest. We 100% recommend him!!!

I bought my house with Peter as my agent and I sold my house with Peter as my agent. He’s a great guy. He will treat you well. He knows what he is doing and will help you get what you want and take the stress out of the process. I felt comfortable every step of the way and he was there for me in every respect. Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable as to the locations and suitability of various homes in Prescott and Prescott Valley Arizona. My wife and I retired from NYC, and wanted something close to the downtown area of Prescott. Additionally my wife did not want a home with stairs. Again, Peter listened and we were able to find a nice home.
