James did an outstanding job for us selling a property in American Ranch in Prescott. He listened to our needs, offered advise based on the local market and was able to sell the property that had been listed for many years. Working with James has been an incredible experience from start to finish. He went above and beyond and I felt genuinely supported through the entire process. Not only was he knowledgeable and proactive, but he also made it a point to call update and check in with both myself and my dad every single week. He was professional, patient and dedicated. I can't recommend James more. If you are looking for someone that works hard, truly cares and keeps you informed every step of the way he is your guy.

James did an outstanding job pulling this sale together. He knows the Prescott Country Club area where my property was located and was helpful with getting local inspections and needed work completed at a reasonable price. Very professional, excellent communication. His assistant Tammany was also helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend James and his team!
