James and his team did an outstanding job in listing, selling and closing our condo. I think one of the most impressive things about his team is their communication and responsiveness. We never had to call or ask a question because they always were proactive about it. They are all very effective, they are all very nice to work with, and they made it happen. So we are happy customers. Can't recommend them high enough.

James and Chris Bratt were excellent in handling my listing and completing the sale of my property. Their extended team of marketers, RE assistants, Title company and associates were excellent as well. Every aspect of my listing, price negotiations, offer and escrow was handled perfectly. Their ability to attract qualified buyers who asked for a 3 week escrow was unsurpassed. They have represented me before and we have another listing with them currently and I have 110% confidence we'll get that one done too!!

James did an outstanding job for us selling a property in American Ranch in Prescott. He listened to our needs, offered advise based on the local market and was able to sell the property that had been listed for many years. His office kept us well informed during the closing process, and would recommend him highly to anyone trying to buy our sell in the Prescott area.

Working with James has been an incredible experience from start to finish. He went above and beyond and I felt genuinely supported through the entire process. Not only was he knowledgeable and proactive, but he also made it a point to call update and check in with both myself and my dad every single week. He was professional, patient and dedicated. I can't recommend James more. If you are looking for someone that works hard, truly cares and keeps you informed every step of the way he is your guy.

James did an outstanding job pulling this sale together. He knows the Prescott Country Club area where my property was located and was helpful with getting local inspections and needed work completed at a reasonable price. Very professional, excellent communication. His assistant Tammany was also helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend James and his team!
