James did an outstanding job pulling this sale together. He knows the Prescott Country Club area where my property was located and was helpful with getting local inspections and needed work completed at a reasonable price. Very professional, excellent communication. His assistant Tammany was also helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend James and his team!

I rate Matt with 5 stars. Matt represented both the seller and myself, the buyer. I felt he was very fair in assisting with inspectors, and the overall transaction.

Matt Hinshaw in an excellent realtor and is so knowledgeable about the Prescott real estate market. He provided sound advice about neighborhoods and HOAs which made finding a great investment property very straightforward and stress-free. Matt's team kept every step of the process on track and we closed right on schedule. Matt is such a pleasant person to work with, and I would definitely choose Matt for future real estate needs.

We had such a great experience working with Victoria to find the right house for us to buy in PV. We don't currently live in Arizona so most of the houses we saw Victoria showed us using video with her phone. Her extensive experience was invaluable since we usually weren't there with her. She would notice and point out things I'm sure I wouldn't see even if we WERE there in person. She also knows so much about each neighborhood and street and gave great advice tailored to what she knew we were looking for. Beyond that she was extremely patient and professional, even though it took us a long time to find the right place- including falling out of escrow on our first house when we were uncomfortable with the inspection report. Victoria never pressured or hurried us; quite the opposite, she encouraged us to take our time and wait for just the right house. Lastly her entire team was prompt and responsive throughout escrow (thanks Tammany!) often going above and beyond to answer questions and help out, even when the question or problem didn't exactly fall within their job. Can't say enough about how happy we were, thank you Victoria!
