It was a pleasure to buy a house listed by Joe Karcie. He and his client were patient as our lender and realtor couldn't seem to get their act together. They could have easily given up on us as we were forced to request a 4th and 5th new "closing date." Our house is beautiful, we are so in love, thanks Joe!
