Cindy was a tremendous local resource for us as we completed our home purchase remotely. She knows Prescott real estate inside and out, and has a network of inspectors, escrow agents, handymen et al she recommended and who were great. She even got us a deal on some new appliances!

I first met Ronn Rutan approximately 9 months ago when I was reviewing homes on Zillow and expressed an interest in touring one of the homes. Zillow put me in touch with Ronn, and he has served as my only broker/realtor since that time. Ronn is very knowledgeable in the Prescott market, and he was very helpful and patient while I explored several properties. Once Ronn became more tuned in to what I was looking for (which, admittedly, sometimes changed during the past nine months), he sent me additional listings that might suit our needs. I never felt pressured to commit to a property, and Ronn always made himself available and was very encouraging throughout the process. Once we zeroed in on a particular home that appeared to "check all the boxes," Ronn (along with his office staff) was extremely thorough and efficient in making sure all questions were answered and all documents were processed correctly the first time. I felt that Ronn always had my best interests in mind during the negotiation process, and I'm confident that he communicated with respect and professionalism to the seller as well. Ronn is also very well-connected, and quickly provided me with names of local contractors (handyman, locksmith, utilities, etc.) to make the first couple of weeks post-signing much more convenient. Ronn is a consummate professional, and I would definitely recommend him when looking to buy or sell a home.

I live out of state and thankfully Ron was so wonderful with the sale of my elderly mom’s home and helped her find and purchase her new home. He went above and beyond on both transactions and my mom and I couldn’t be happier with her new home in one of the friendliest neighborhoods of Prescott Valley. Ronn was amazing! He helped us identify what was actually within our budget, and we were able to find a home that was perfect for our needs (actually beyond what we imagined we would find). He was there every step of the way, from viewing homes, to the closing. You couldn't ask for a more trusted advisor/realtor to assist with your needs when purchasing a home. I am so glad that we had Ronn as our Realtor. He made what could have been a stressful situation a breeze!

Our experience with Ronn was very positive. We previewed several homes and Ronn was always helpful in evaluating the home in regards to our buying criteria. He also made himself available when ever we needed him.
