Zachary Hoag helped us purchase a vacation home in Pacific Grove, and we couldn’t be happier with his service and the entire process. Zach knows the Monterey Peninsula well, and he has great team that supports him every step of the way. I appreciated that he let us know that he sought additional opinions when providing us perspectives about aspects including price, location, potential renovations, etc. Zach is patient and consistent and really cared about us as clients. He always made time for us, answered all of our questions, met with us at convenient times (even if they might not have been convenient for him) and generally showed that he really cares about finding the right property for us as clients at the right price.
