Sig Ponce is an excellent real estate agent! He’s knowledgeable and professional, but also very personable with good communication skills. I recently purchased in Monterey and Sigi did a great job helping me. He was referred to me after I found a property online and requested more information. He was quick to contact me, and I would normally be skeptical to use an agent for a big purchase that wasn't referred to me by friends or family. However, Sigi's professional and easy going manner made him easy to work with, and I very quickly determined he was trustworthy, competent, and would represent me well. I had purchased and sold a home about 20 years ago, so I felt like I still had a basic understanding of the home buying process, but I definitely am no expert. Sigi was able to work with me, answer my questions, and explain some things that were not part of my last home buying experience. He worked our contract diligently, was quick to answer my calls, and made me feel like I had a Pro on my side. I'd happily work with Sigi again and recommend him fully.
