Can not recommend Perry enough!! We had been working with another agent that we were not happy with and some friends referred us to Perry. He is extremely knowledgable, honest, and not at all pushy, which was exactly what we were looking for after our prior agent. It's clear he has spent a lot of time in the business and really cares about making his customers happy.

Perry was an absolute pleasure to work with! He understood our wants and needs and helped us find our first home! What really stands out about Perry is that he knows a lot about how remodeling portions of homes would look and cost which is very helpful! He was always available for our many questions and when we wanted to check out homes. Could not recommend him enough!

My husband and I had a great experience selling our home with Perry. He listened to our requirements, adapted to them, and followed through. Perry was professional, knowledgeable and put our minds at ease with his calm demeanor. His sense of humor was a plus too! After listing our home on a Thursday, we had multiple offers three days later. Perry did an outstanding job negotiating and we were able to sell our home considerably over asking price. Perry is hands down the best realtor we have worked with!! The property we bought was sold through court and it involved a lot of complications. And the closing took way longer than expected.
