Perry and his team went above and beyond helping my family and I find a home. Perry brings expertise and a strong understanding of the San Diego area, but what I believe sets him apart is his patients and dedication to you as a client. My family started house hunting over a year ago when we meet Perry. He was great at listening to our needs and making recommendations, but ultimately we decided to leave the hunt and switch to looking for a rental. Perry was understanding and when I asked if he would be will to revisit later, he said 'sure no problem.' He had shown us a couple dozen homes over the course of a month, we even submitted an offer that was out bided. We really got all of his attention so asking to put a pause going forward I felt horrible. However, when it was right for our family he gave us just as much time and dedication to start up again! We saw just as many homes if not more the 2nd time and when we finally went into contract Perry gave us the advice and listened as we negotiated a price we felt comfortable with. I know other realtors could have gotten us into a house, but I honestly don't think I could have felt this supported and confident making the decision we had to make. Thank you Perry and team!

Perry has done a great job to helping me find my home with his expertise, with his recommendations I was able to purchase the home I wanted and he helped me every step the way, very supportive, highly recommended for people who are experienced or no experience of buying a home.

Perry is incredibly patient and responsive! We must have toured hundreds of homes throughout the year before we finally found the one. He was always accommodating to my busy work schedule (sneak in a showing before work? During lunch? Right before I catch a flight out of town? Why not! He once gave me a ride from the airport just so we could see everything I wanted in our tight schedule!) Perry is a great realtor that allows his clients to take lead, meaning you’ll never feel pressured or pushed. But also very experienced and knowledgeable, guiding you when you need it. I loved working with Perry and his team!

Can not recommend Perry enough!! We had been working with another agent that we were not happy with and some friends referred us to Perry. He is extremely knowledgable, honest, and not at all pushy, which was exactly what we were looking for after our prior agent. It's clear he has spent a lot of time in the business and really cares about making his customers happy.
