Recently Penny Perry PA sold our home (that she helped us build and buy in 2019) and assisted us with our new build in 2023. She went above and beyond with being there with my husband for our second to last walkthrough since I couldn’t attend. Penny has such a friendly personality and many connections. She will go hard to negotiate with any other agents or builders. Please use Penny; she is the best realtor in Florida!!!

Take it from an ex-realtor, Adam is the man you want! I have nothing but praise for this man. He is organized, professional, well-spoken, well-prepared and wants to satisfy your real estate needs. I ended up buying a mobile home on a rented lot so unfortunately we didn't close a deal with him BUT ONLY because I was in a medical emergency situation. When the surgery is over and I decide to buy a home, I will be calling Adam. Jim and I highly recommend him, he will not dissapoint.
