Paula was extremely helpful from the start, with finding a list of homes that would fit our needs and working with our schedule to view the houses. She was commutative throughout the whole process of purchasing between the loan office and builders of our home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with for such a huge commitment.

Paula did a fabulous job at assisting us with the sell of our home. I believe her attention to detail in listing our home played a key factor in the three offers we received from our first three showings. Our home was listed on a Monday and by Friday we had three offers. The professional photos she had taken of our home were beautiful (not sure if Zillow will select these to show for our listing). Paula was also spot on when it came to coordinating contractors to work the maintenance list of items our buyers asked to be completed. She did a remarkable job at facilitating the entire process. All said and done, we listed and closed in less than 30 days.

Paula was absolutely phenomenal; we are enlisted military and were in NY during a short-notice PCS and she worked with us virtually and did just such an amazing job. Personable and consistent, she's still available for any and all questions we have, even though we're post-purchase. 5 Stars and someone I'd recommend for anyone home hunting or just looking

Paula Dube did an excellent job assisting us with the sale of our home. Her professionalism, expertise, timeliness and dedication were instrumental in determining a very competitive sale price. Paula was very involved in all aspects of the closing as well as standing in as the POA when we were not available. She was friendly, responsive and always gave great advice. I recommend Paula to anyone who needs to sell their home quickly in this competitive market.
