Paula Aragone was recommended to us by a fellow colleague at the University of California Irvine (UCI) in 2020 when we were planning to move to OC from the Midwest. It was during the pandemic and, even though we had bought and sold several homes over the years, there was tremendous uncertainty and challenges of moving to a place we had never previously visited and during such a difficult time in our country. However, we were blessed to work with Paula who handled every single detail with such calm and in her professional and knowledgeable manner. Paula quickly got to know us and asked us what we were looking for. We put our full trust in Paula, and she never let us down. She went the extra mile for us since we were not in California at the time and found us a lovely condominium in Orange that we ended up buying without ever seeing it in-person. Although we loved our condominium and we lived there for almost two years, we did want to live closer to our work in Irvine. Once again, not only did she help us find another wonderful condominium at the Great Park Neighborhood, but she also helped us sell the condo in Orange fast and for substantially more than we had paid for. Finally, a few years later, we were able to relocate to a condo at University Hills, which is only a couple of blacks away from our work at UCI. Paula helped sell our condo at the Great Park, and as expected, sold our condo for top money. As you can tell, we have always put our trust in Paula and will always do so in the future. Paula is always on your side throughout the entire buying and selling process and she always goes above and beyond in working through all the challenges and stress associated with moving and selling. We are so grateful and fortunate to know that we can always rely on Paula for her kindness, thoughtfulness, expertise, and professionalism. Paula Aragone is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with in all our years of moving and selling our houses and condos across three states in the U.S. We give her our highest recommendation!

We just finished the purchase of our new home thanks to Paula at Aragone & Associates! Paula is the absolute best! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She always answered all of our questions, gave us great advice and made us feel at ease along the way. We would not have found our dream home if it wasn’t for her! Selling my mother’s house after she passed was not the experience we were dreading because we were lucky enough to get a referral for Paula Aragone. I don’t know if I’ve ever met a woman with such drive, and focus combined with boundless energy and the kindest heart. She gets it done and makes the process appear seamless. There was never anything that rattled her. She is the Most professional woman with excellent communication skills. It was beyond our pleasure to work with her and her team. Best decision we could have made.

Go with Paula. She has unmatched knowledge of the Orange County market and is a top producer with a ton of experience. Paula helped my mother sell her Villa Park home in July 2024 and we ended up with a better deal than we had hoped for. Most importantly (IMO), Paula is an excellent negotiator. We ran into a very aggressive buyer/agent, and Paula was firm but fair with them, working out a deal that was a win-win. 5 stars, highly recommend!
