Paul and his team were able to sell our home in 3 weeks. His knowledge of the area and ties to the local community were instrumental in both bringing numerous potential buyers through our home and in getting us the price we needed under challenging market conditions. Paul is great to work with! Very patient, and he needed that with us! Learned what we wanted and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. Paul was the agent we selected to sell our home when we relocated out of state. Paul and his team were instrumental in getting our home sold after the market changed. He made recommendations on minor fixes and staging for our home to look its best. He even took it upon himself to insure our home was always presentable after we had left the area. He was well versed in the local area and knew how to best price our home and present it for sale. His follow up with potential buyers was excellent.
