Patti was so helpful and thoughtful in the sale of our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and partner getting our home ready to sell. She was confident and open to suggestions as we navigated our first sale. We really enjoyed working with Patti selling our aunt's house which needed a lot of work. She moved quickly helping clear out the house since we live so far away. She handled everything with grace and ease. She was able to sell the house with an all cash offer over asking price before it hit the market!

We worked with Patti when she helped us sell our old home and when we bought a new home. Our experience of working with her throughout the process was absolutely excellent. Patti is prompt in responding to questions big and small. She follows up on every single issue and concern. She is extremely capable, reliable and has years and years of experience in real estate. She was able to get us a competitive offer on our home off market. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and alleviated our anxiety of selling a home when we had to travel out of the country, just as our home was put on the market. We were also able to find and buy a new home that met our expectations with Patti’s assistance. It was our absolute pleasure working with Patti and we definitely recommend her highly.

Patti was fantastic from start to finish on the sale of our home. We met with Patti for advice on whether or not we should sell our home. She took her time to explain the process and the Compass concierge service which is great as we would have needed that. We really don’t want to sell our house and Patti suggested a few other avenues to explore to keep our home. That is the sign of a true professional that she advised us and ended up not listing our house and making a commission. We highly recommend Patti if you just want to explore your options and receive great market information and professional real estate advice.
