We stumbled on Patrick through a stroke of luck and the whole process exceeded our expectations. Patrick had big shoes to fill after prior difficult experiences with the home buying process but he did a fantastic job. He was reliable, responsive, provided great advice, had great insight into the market, and remained truly resilient through all of our pickiness and indecisiveness. Patrick is very knowledgeable of the market and knows the city in great detail which is helpful when you are trying to narrow down and/or compare neighborhoods. He's a great negotiator and was able to seal the deal on our new condo we just purchased in May. We highly recommend Patrick Santry!

I found myself in a bind when my prior agent and I decided to part ways. Patrick was extremely responsive and brought together a great team including repair men, furniture staging, and lawyer to help me sell sell my property while I was living out of state. Great work Patrick!

Patrick is such a great realtor. He provides outstanding market insights and helps with all aspects of the transaction, including negotiations. In addition, he hires 24x7 support (or at least a it feels like that) to make sure your every need is met. He represented me in the transaction and I highly recommend working with Patrick. He's really outstanding!!
